Helvetia 2022, the world philatelic exhibition under the patronage of FIP and FEPA, will take place from 18 to 22 May 2022 in the exhibition center of Lugano in 5 halls with a total exhibition area of approx. 7000 m². One of these halls, the entrance hall, is reserved for trade and postal administration stands, with carpeted floors and complete furnishings.
The exhibition stands are divided into 3 categories according to size and furnishings, but all are equipped with electrified bars with 1 frontal spotlight and independent sockets for electricity and a sign with the stand number and the name of the company. It is also possible to book two adjacent stands, in any category.
Reservation confirmations and all details regarding access for setup will be sent beginning September 2021. Invoices for payment will be sent in February 2022. If the exhibit does not take place due to health issues all amounts paid will be refunded.

Exhibition stands B are 3 x 3 meters in size and are furnished with a reception desk and display case with a lockable cabinet at the bottom, a round table and chairs. They are available to all interested parties at a cost of CHF 3,000 for the normal stand and CHF 3,500 for the corner stand. Upon request, the reception desk can be customized with the company logo at no extra charge.

Exhibition stands D are 2 x 3 meters in size and are furnished with two tables, a shelf and an interior table.
